At Shankland Cox we offer a full range of design and project management services to public and private sector clients. We undertake many projects where we provide seamless consultancy services, integrating project management, design and construction supervision.

Our project management services can be provided on a standalone basis where required. Other commisions may require us to undertake an independant, troubleshooting role.

We can manage complex and multidisciplinary projects from inception to handover by working closely with a client's representatives at all times. It may be necessary to identify specific problems that exist and seek acceptable ways to overcome them.

Our staff help to define the parameters of a project so that the client's expectations can be achieved through effective and solution-driven, issue-solving management. We select the most appropriate staff so that their skills and experience match the needs of the project. Through out long-established links in the region we can put together full teams with specialist members where required on a particular project.

We work hard to deliver our client's projects on time, within budget and to the desired quality.
