Building Services Engineer

Working directly to the Senior MEP Engineer as a team member or even possibly a project Manager You will work in design teams principally engaged in MEP supporting other teams in Architecture,high rise buildings, Landscaping, Engineering or District cooling. You will help plan and implement the project start up through to completion. You will probably be based in Al Ain but should be flexible to move where the projects require in the UAE base in our other offices in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

Help deliver the services to an agreed programme helping to manage the Client's expectations, risks and opportunities as they arise and change.

Reporting to the Senior MEP Engineer on project performance. Ensure Technical Quality through checking and verification . Operate within Best Practice processes to ensure a Quality Service.

Qualifications:

Essential - Degree in Mechanical Engineering with electrical experience. 5 years plus of relevant experience

Desirable - Chartered CIBSE or BSc. Mech. Eng or equivalent held. Exposure to a variety of projects and UAE exeperience

Experience:

Essential - 5 years relevant experience

Desirable- Work in a Design and Construct Environment with (preferably) a Consultant
Successful candidates will show a strong ability to be a team player in the design process Adaptable and flexible to meet work demands and the UAE environment
