Architect

Working under the Senior Architect as a team member or even possibly a project Architect You will work in design teams principally engaged in Architecture on various projects. You will help plan and implement the project from conception and monitor performance through to completion. You will probably be based in Al Ain but should be flexible to work from our other offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as dictated by the projects in the UAE.

Help deliver the services to an agreed programme, managing the Client's expectations, risks and opportunities as they arise and change.

Reporting to the Client and to the Senior Architect on project performance. Ensure technical excellence through checking and verification . Operate within Best Practice processes to ensure a Quality Service.

Qualifications:

Essential - Degree in Architecture. 10 years plus of relevant experience

Desirable - Chartered (RIBA or equivalent held). Exposure to a variety of projects including high rise buildings in Dubai

Experience:

Essential - Work in a Design and Construct Environment with (preferably) a Consultant

Successful candidates will show a strong ability to be a team player in the design process

Desirable - Adaptable and open minded to the to the UAE . PM experience leading diverse teams and delivering to cost quality and time parameters.
